Development of a customer self-service solution for JSC BSG House
The Goal of the Project: Implementation of customer self-service at UAB BSG House, by automating the company's sales process and increasing sales revenue
By this project, the company will create an interactive customer self-service portal, which will allow foreign and Lithuanian customers themselves to model a preliminary design of a Scandinavian or Danish-style house project templates and receive a preliminary value. If the conditions are satisfactory, it helps to make a contract and order a full service. This would save architects’ time of preparation for preliminary proposals and values for clients who have not yet genuinely decided to engage in the full service.
Impementation period: from 21-02-2022 to 11-02-2023
Amount of funding from the European Regional Development Fund: 40 035,72 EUR
The project is partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic as an implementation "E-commerce model COVID - 19"
